The Clubs Banner of the IWCB Structure oversees & supports Island Clubs develop.

IWCB looks to to guide clubs to improve in the following areas:

• Facility Development & Protection
• External Funding
• Welfare & Safeguarding
• Workforce Development
• ECB Initiatives Club Mark OSCAs Cricket Fest
• Governance & Structure

IWCB also supports the IW Clubs with their Social Cricket Strategies.

This includes offering guidance on how to offer more cricketing opportunities to visiting touring sides or friendly matches with other Island teams. 

IWCB is committed to working with all Island clubs to deliver the various initiatives under the Club Banner of the IWCB Structure.
