We know how important it is to look like the heroes of the game, so every child who registers will receive their very own Dynamos Cricket New Balance t-shirt, personalised with their name and number.

Junior club competitions in the summer are played at Under 11, 13 and 15 age groups, these competitions are for boys and girls. There is also an Under 11 girls Dynamos league and an Under 15 girls league, which are both played on a Tuesday evening. There are also playing opportunities in the winter with an U12 and U14 indoor league that starts in November each year.

Under 11 Competitions:
The format played in the early season is pairs, 8-a-side friendly games, which are played on a Sunday morning with 10am starts. The pair’s format is used to give all players a chance to be involved in the game and continue to develop their skills across all aspects of the sport.
Later in the season the U11s play a competitive cup competition of 8-a-side, but in the more traditional format of cricket. We run a cup and plate finals day where the final four teams in each competition teams get a chance to attend a finals day.
U11 Girls Dynamos League:
Format follows the ECB Dynamos rules and will be played on Tuesday evenings.
Under 13 Competitions:
The Under 13s play a league programme through the majority of the summer months which are played on a Monday evening, with a 6pm start.
The format is T20 and teams can play a minimum of nine players to help get teams out for matches and keep players involved and encourage batters to score runs.
Early season sees each club play in the U13 cup competition where the winning side will collect the Mal Sketchley Memorial Cup and go on to represent the Isle of Wight in the U13 National Club Championship.
Under 15 Competitions
The Under 15s play a league programme through the majority of the summer months on a Wednesday evening.
The format is T20 and teams can play a minimum of nine players to help get teams out for games.
Like the U13s, the early season sees each club play in the U15 cup competition where the winning side will go on to represent the Isle of Wight in the U15 National Club Championship.
U15 Season Regulations (Link to Regulations will appear when finalised!)
Under 15 Girls League
The U15 Girls League follows the same format as the U15 League and is played on Tuesday evenings.
Indoor Competitions
Indoor cricket is fast and furious fun and gives the players the chance to keep playing through the winter months. 6-a-side games give clubs the chance to play more than one team in the competitions and are a great platform for players to continue to develop their skills.
We run competitions at U12s and U14 age groups.
